Terry Fields
President & CEO

Terry Fields has over 25 years of experience in the information management and data protection industry. Mr. Fields has founded and managed two other successful companies specializing in information management and data protection. The first, born in 1987, was a network services practice providing data, application, and infrastructure solutions to companies. Mr. Fields second technology venture was launched with its primary focus on centralized application delivery in conjunction with disaster recovery and business continuity consulting. With this experience, Mr. Fields recognized a gap in the online backup market space and as a result, Yotta280 was formed. Under his leadership, Yotta280 has quickly become much more than a traditional online backup provider, allowing its customers to experience the most complete data protection and recovery capability available. Mr. Fields is a graduate of Harding University and holds a degree in Business Systems Analysis.

Joseph Testa
Chief Financial Officer

Joe is one of the founders of Yotta280 and has over thirty years experience in finance and investments. He provides significant executive and financial direction from his professional experiences as President of Rising Tide Capital, LLC, a business consulting and venture capital firm and President of Testa Financial Management, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor. Testa is also a Founding Director of Marquis Bank and is a noted lecturer on economics and business. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Reggie Rogers
VP, Sales and Marketing

Reggie joined Yotta280 in May of 2007. Prior to that role, Reggie served as a Vice President of Sales for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, an insurer with more than 3.8 billion in revenue and recipient of numerous awards for technology leadership. Reggie’s 25 years experience as a sales and marketing professional in the insurance and financial services industry provide Yotta280 with invaluable experience. Reggie is primarily responsible for strategic marketing leadership, implementation of channel partner networks and management of the sales organization. Reggie Rogers holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida and a Master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Minnesota.
