Critical data is typically accessed on a regular basis; however, as a given file is accessed less frequently over time, this data modifies from critical to important, thus the value of the data changes. As a result of setting retention rules within YottaVault, a file may cease being critical and may be reclassified as important within a certain designated timeframe or inactivity.
